Concert : Balklavalhau
Balklavalhau is a 5 musicians-band formed in Porto, Portugal, who after their beginnings playing traditional tunes from the Balkans, started experimenting with original compositions based on Balkan folk music.
Lately, they have been including other further influences, coming both from their lands of origin (Chile, Poland, Brasil, Germany) as from the several music languages their members speak: flamenco, gipsy jazz, polyphonic chants, andalusi music, chilean cueca, etc.
They will come on tour to Belgium freshly after their music residency to present their new pieces, intended to become their next LP.
